PROVO, Utah — Accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson returns to a Utah courtroom Tuesday for a hearing that could send his case to trial or dramatically reshape it, with a judge to weigh whether prosecutors have shown enough probable cause to support the aggravated murder charge that puts the death penalty on the table — and the suspect may finally be asked to enter a plea nearly a year after the slaying.
Robinson, a 23-year-old from Washington, Utah, is accused of firing a single shot that killed the 31-year-old father of two during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, on Sept. 10, 2025.
While the defense has argued that prosecutors have not established enough probable cause to pursue aggravated murder, which carries the potential death penalty, experts tell Fox News Digital that they don't expect Judge Tony Graf Jr. to take it off the table just yet.

Rather, you cannot find even one of anyone firing a rifle in the evidence presented! Rather, the fuzzy image of a being running on a roof, then lying prone, then fleeing. No rifle is seen. No shot is seen being taken. The sex of the being isn’t even clear in the footage.
Lance Twigs is a very suspicious, shady character, who may have played a role in setting up Robinson. He had access to Robinson’s account and may have easily keyed those messages as a cover-up.
Robinson apparently turned himself in only to avoid the dangers of being identified as a dangerous fugitive, and had not confessed at that time to the crime.
It is far more important to who is truly behind such an execution of this well loved public figure, than enjoying the execution of a suspect.
Conspiracy theories can be fun, but murderers need to tried and executed posthaste.
Conspiracy theories can be valuable, and murderers, once identified as such, beyond any reasonable doubt, need to be tried and punished accordingto the law.
