The islands are a British overseas territory under King Charles, British law, and a London-appointed governor.
The British Virgin Islands are a core node of the City of London’s offshore network, built out from the Cayman model in the 1960s. At its peak, she says, the BVI had more registered companies than residents—hundreds of thousands of companies for about 30,000 people. She describes the Caribbean as a “black money” system created by former colonial powers, and says those dirty financial flows have propped up the current globalist order.
She then links BVI to Hong Kong. Treasury has warned about 60 entities to clean up or be cut off, she says, and the single location with the most targets is Hong Kong: politically under China, but still running on the British financial structure Britain built and never dismantled.
She calls that “the same model as the BVI on the other side of the world.” The target, in her telling, is the offshore money machine, the energy choke points, and the wars that feed both.
Since World War II, British geopolitics has been to keep others fighting while running the world economy through choke points, dirty money, and proxies.
