Ha! Tillamook Cheddar is good enough it should be illegal.
High Five on the Tillamook Cheddar! We also like the ‘Seriously Sharp’ white cheddar from some place in Vermont, and I actually have some white cheddar in the fridge from New York State of all places. Aldi purchase.

Edam is very gouda. Anyway, I like Hvarti too.
Just saw somewhere on the internet that Tillamook was rated the healthiest cheese. Don’t know who did the study, but it’s definitely the best tasting! Wish they sold it in slices :)
