[S]uffragettes argued that women possessed the same intellectual capabilities to exercise political judgement as men, and therefore they should be granted the same political privileges as their husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons.
Unfortunately for women, Lindsay Clancy truthers are now doing their best to prove those suffragettes wrong. Women’s constitutions and hormonal balances are so precarious, they argue, that women should be exempted from our criminal laws and ruled incapable of making moral judgments. Sounds oddly reminiscent of the “sexist” men they claim to detest.
It’s highly unlikely that a majority of women would condone Clancy’s actions, but a nonzero amount do, and those women don’t hesitate to assert that they speak for “all women.”

In fact Lindsay Clancy may join Andrea Yates in the nervous hospital. Mrs Yates still is in one, I figured she will be for life her mind is gone.
It is essential to separate the details of the Clancy case from the greater issue of why so many women are predisposed to sympathize with the perpetrators of lethal violence against innocent victims. (Although Clancy was almost certainly not legally insane, events like this are multiply determined, and it is a fools errand to try at long distance with fragmentary information to discover a definable cause.)
Consider serial killers like Ted Bundy showered with fan mail from women while on death row. Women professing to admire Luigi Mangione. The female phenomenon of the Stockholm effect. Women gloating over the murder of Charlie Kirk, and lamenting the lack of success in Trump assassination attempts. What does this say about the prevailing winds in a generally leftist media driven culture.

I’ve often noted that women (and I’m one) seem to be bowled over by looks, ridiculous ideas and stupidity dressed up as care. Decades ago I realized how easy it is to be distracted by looks and duplicity. Anything that sounds “easy” and too smooth should be examined more thoroughly. Most don’t bother. Look at Talarico in TX and think seriously...this would’ve alarmed 95% of our country 20 years ago and today? To think he could win, or even come close is frightening. We’ve lost our country to stupidity and carelessness.

Women used to keep Men's occasional impulse to do something dangerous, life altering, and idiotic in check (I know my better half does !).
Women today are just as impulsive and reckless as men are when they are at their worst.

In that case, unfortunately, the same disposition of many pro-life people will need to be discussed in that “greater issue”.

National Right to Life declares that “the pro-life movement recognizes the mother as a second victim in every abortion” and expressly grounds its opposition to punishment or prosecution in that doctrine….
Even Americans United for Life acknowledges that “nearly every state explicitly exempts women from the penalties and punishments associated with violating an abortion law.” There is not a single state in America that treats abortion as prenatal homicide. The pro-life legal framework has thereby created a protected class of perpetrators: mothers who intentionally abort their children.
Also, you did not address the facts presented but instead took a personal attack, falsely accusing me of going along with the crowds outside the Clancy trial. Where’d you get that info? Oh, I know, nowhere.

Everyone is simply awful.
Every word out of our mouth is hurtful in some way. We’ll either have to speak like vulcans or simply hate everyone and everything we hear.
The human race grows weary of the human race.
After years of therapy I’ve come to my own realization (or is it? Don’t know ) that my mother has abused me in profound ways. I hate it and now pretty much hate her. It seems to be going toward no-contact.
But then I remember that no one is perfect. And both things become true. Yes, it’s been malicious and abusive and yes, she loves me and would die for me.
And likewise men ARE the biggest security threat to women and yes, they are also their biggest foundational security presence.
I get why women would choose the bear, and I get why women chose the richest and I get why women take from men as a survival instinct. Do I like it? No. But I get it.
