Donald Trump has unleashed his own bizarre personal ranking of former American presidents.
Unsurprisingly, Trump, 80, put himself at the top of the list as “The Greatest” of all time in his Thursday Truth Social post.
A generous Trump also declared former Presidents Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Thomas Jefferson, and Andrew Jackson to be “Great”, but not on his elite level.

This coming from a poster that claimed the C-17 pics / video taking off from Kabul Airport during the 2021 US bugout were faked (the C-17 was a rubber replica) and that the 13 military personnel killed were not really killed.
He supported both Carter and Reagan, because back then many "bet" on both sides of candidates.

The interesting thing about excerpts, in part, is that they are excerpts. For a larger "it's complicated" excerpt....

And there are a few things that link the two. They did meet a couple times.
In Trump's book "The Art of the Deal," he included a photo that, oddly, the president signed "Reagan Reagan."
But records from the Reagan White House show they "mostly kept the real-estate mogul at arm's length." That's how The Wall Street Journal put it after digging through any reference to Trump from Reagan's staff.
And as much as Trump praises Reagan and knocks Jimmy Carter ...

In 1984, Trump made his first donation to Reagan, though that was after he had made a donation to his opponent Walter Mondale.
Reagan and Mondale were just two of the many candidates from both parties in the 1980s who received money from Trump, including Jeb's father, George H.W. Bush.

LOL, it isn’t complicated, Trump supported Carter for 1980, not Regan, and they weren’t friends, and Trump didn’t actually know Reagan, there has been a huge effort to connect Trump to Reagan and 10 years ago it was very elaborate with internet planted fake stories of Trump and his father hosting a fundraiser for Reagan and other connections that never happened.
Look at the photos, they are pretty standard rub shoulders with important people and rich potential donors stuff.
Laughing out loud, you in your comment to me supported the man who supported Carter, so it still is complicated.
The list comes from Arthur Schlesinger Sr.’s 1948 poll of historians. Trump stuck himself at the top and Carter, Obama, and Biden at the bottom.

Don’t know what that meant, but I do know a lot about Trump’s political history, and it goes deeper than just the rich guy giving to the local party because of NYC politics.
It is not a bizarre post at all when viewed in this light. President Trump is not trying to write history here, he is trying to accomplish his objectives by influencing the mid-term elections.
