Well, if they were looking for a place with more mosquitos and gnats than Cape Canaveral, they found it!
When I worked if fisheries I was told if I didn’t do my job well I’d get transferred to the lab in Dulac, LA which is nearby.
They said it’s called Dulac because you do lack something to do.
