I think that is already happening.
If a drunk is going 80 mph in a 15 mph school zone I don’t have a problem with using a camera to stop that behavior.

A Congressman got followed home by a pig for an expired tag and then confronted in his driveway. Needless to say he wasn’t happy, and needless to say, they likely pissed off the wrong guy.
