“How long before the are used to ticket for speeding , running a redight, hurrying through a yellow light, unsafe lane change, expired tag and so forth?”

I think that is already happening.

If a drunk is going 80 mph in a 15 mph school zone I don’t have a problem with using a camera to stop that behavior.

Years ago when I was rebelling and mischievous, I would have a real problem with them. Today, as an old fart, I’m not too rebellious so if anything, setting cruise control at 5mph over is the most I do wrong. so I dont really care about these things in the least.

You don’t really believe that catching speeders the reason for Flock cameras, do you? Interesting that they’re ubiquitous all of a sudden, at the very same time that monster data centers all of a sudden are invading us.
