Absurd hysteria.
“Absurd hysteria.”
Under what’s defined as legal now, maybe. And when the socialists are in power and decide that certain groups meeting, or going to gun ranges, etc. should be punished?
I am sure the left sees Flock cameras as the first step in a social credit system. Like they have in China with development assistance from Google.
That’s right ... if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to be afraid of ...
So just let that nice police officer come into your house and search it any time he wants to ...
Or are you claiming that the data couldn't be leaked and/or misused?
Regards,
The hysterical flock panic is a program instituted by the lawyer cabal. Defense lawyers lose cases and fees because of irrefutable evidence provided by the cameras.
It is the lawyers who are providing the behind the scenes money and effort to kill the evidence against which they have no defense
“If you have nothing to hide…..”
Everyone has something to hide.

I guess you missed the quote from Andy Bashear on April 10th, 2020:
"Kentucky will record license plates of those who show up to any mass gatherings, such as church services, and will provide that info to local health departments, who will in turn order those individuals to be quarantined for 14 days, Gov. Andy Beshear says" https://cnn.it/3ebJ7xv
Perhaps you shouldn't be living in an allegedly "free" country. Perhaps you think the bastards in our government would never do something like the "COVID" psyop again. I think you would be very, very wrong.
We have a lot of wannabe Lavrenty Berias just itching to get into positions of power in this country.
“Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime” takes on a whole new level of meaning with these kinds of surveillance tools in the hands of Bolsheviks.
“You’ve made an awful lot of trips to that gun shop in the past few months. Are you plotting a terrorist attack? Come with us, we need to ask you a few more questions.”
“I see you consistently attend a church that is a known cell of Christian Nationalist racists. We need to talk to you about the activities taking place there.”
It’s just a camera.
It’s just a checkpoint.
It’s just a temporary law.
It’s just a train ride.
It’s just a camp.
They record and access far more than your plate. They link to phones, earbuds among other things. The data collected is available to users nationwide. Flock databases can determine where you are at on your own property, dispatch police and provide a picture of you and everything ever captured by flock. There is little if any control over data or data retention or access. With infrared capabilities and AI they can reconstruct images not ordinarily seen. There is now flock services available to private entities that can tie to the existing databases. Every doorbell camera, store camera, every delivery truck can be flock equipped.
Because I love freedom. It is my right and the government wants to restrict it. The old “if you have nothing to hide...” is a chicken-sh_t copout.
Because it’s not doing that only.
They have admitted, repeatedly, they are identifying the people inside and IDing them too.
Plus the amount of cameras are enabling essentially stalking.
They are recording everywhere you go, at what time, in what car.
Some hackass SWAT team assaulted a driver on the road because flock read the plate wrong. Guns out, full armor, dragged from the car.
This creates even more avenues for police abuse, as we are seeing recently. not so surprising the hackass chud cops are stalking ex wives and girlfriends using it.
if Stalking is against the law, why is remote stalking okay?
“why would any one care if Flock records your license plate?”
You might have gone to the grocery store after your wife specifically told you not to.
Time was conservatives cared about privacy rights and not having a China, East Germany, or UK style surveillance state here in the US... it’s sad to see authoritarian views like this here on FR, but glad to see the majority opinion here is to care about not letting our country go the way of the CCP and Stasi
