We are in the dog days of summer here in Washington, D.C., and things are moving slowly, though not slowly enough for those leftist judges who are getting overruled in cases of extreme importance to their political supporters.
Safeguarding Mail-In Ballots
Everyone who gives it a minute’s thought knows how insecure the mail-in balloting process has been. Who was sent the ballot? Was the recipient eligible to vote? When did they sign it? When was it returned? Countless reports confirm that the process has been rife with fraud.
In an effort to safeguard the process, on March 31, 2026, President Trump signed Executive Order No. 14,399, which, in my opinion, may be a more significant measure than the stalled SAVE Act. Bill Shipley has done a fine job explaining the order, the threat it poses to Democrats, and the process of the five cases they and their allies have filed to block implementation of the order.
Summarizing the most significant features of the order:
When federal offices are on the ballot, under Article II of the Constitution, only citizens may vote, and the chief executive is responsible to see that laws, including this one, are not violated. ”It is not enough to just prosecute offenders after the elections are over.”
The Department of Homeland Security is directed to work with other federal agencies “to create state-by-state lists of U.S. citizens residing in each state who will be eligible to vote in the next general election.” Those lists will be sent to the states.
The USPS is to provide by regulation a process by which each state may notify the USPS its intention to use the U.S. mails in conducting its election and deliver to the USPS those persons enrolled in the mail-in balloting system. (The “Participation List.”)

And...Rep. Ogles just got voted out of office in favor of a far more sedate go-along type guy.
If it didn't sound crazy I'd think the Republican Party has a dislike of people who get out front and lead. Nutty, right?
Not crazy at all.
Seems as if the "Three strikes and you are out" should apply to these judges.
If they rule that three judgements go to SCOTUS and they are overturned, they should be bounced.
Period.

“Who was sent the ballot? Was the recipient eligible to vote? When did they sign it? When was it returned?”
The key question is missing and is typical of our lack of understanding vote fraud.
Was the mailin ballot processed by a “vote harvester” and not by the recipient?
In 2020 I received an unsolicited mailin ballot when I lived in the far SW corner of East Point, Fulton County GA. The former resident of my house, and the former resident of the vacant house next door also received unsolicited mail-in ballots, as did many vacant houses and places where people move often did.
A nice lady knocked on my door shortly after receiving the mail-in ballot. She offered to “take care” of the ballot for me. I declined. The mail-in ballots of those who had moved disappeared. Did she take those mail-in ballots? Was she a vote harvester? Is there some evidence? proof?
We live in a very mobile society. People change jobs and move closer to their new job, or to a better school, or aways from a rival gang. People can’t pay the rent and are kicked out, or are trying to stay 1 step ahead of the debt collectors.
The Voter Registration rolls are heavy with “movers” ... plus a few dead, a few minors 16-17 who were registered when they got their drivers license ... a few non-citizens, etc.
It is impossible to have perfect voter registration rolls. But they could be much cleaner than they are now. This is true of all government databases. The Deloitte IES Integrated Eligibility System database of those eligible for Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, WIC, TANF, Sec8, LIHEAP, etc is intentionally dirty by design, just at the voter rolls are.
The first step is to understand why databases are dirty.
The second step is to decide to clean them up.
The third step is to make the decision to clean them up.
Many have not yet accomplished the first step.
BTW databases of State Farm, Allstate, other big companies are also dirty....but not nearly as dirty as the databases of government.
Donald John Trump is the "offspring of a foreigner" ...
The problem isn't the foreigner part but the failure to become American part. In the early XX Century, "assimilation" was taken seriously.
Today, many immigrants, particularly from the Third-World, retain their foreign, third-word mentality in spite of obtaining US citizenship.
Great plan. Gives a a judge two “mistakes”.
