So, this black woman moves to a 99% white only town and the black community is pissed cuz she's happy. Check this out.

You’re right. In parts of the 1930’s the black marriage rate was higher than the white marriage rate.

Best neighbors we ever had was the black family next door. They were good neighbors.

We had a black family move into our 95% white neighborhood about 15 years ago. The Mum told me (and everyone within earshot) at a block party that she picked our neighborhood specifically for that reason. She didn’t want her kids growing up around ghetto culture. They all did well in school. One chose a military career, two got into Carnegie Mellon.

Before we moved here in 2010, we did a lot of research, and spent much of our time on City-Data.com. There was (probably still is) a “Diversity” chart, and quite a bit of other info re diversity if you just searched by town.
Also crime, climate, medical, points of interest, etc.
Reminds me of the first time I went from upstate New York to Vermont. I drove off the ferry and noticed that almost every house had a Black Lives Matter sign.
The virtue signals were overwhelming in a state that is over 98% white.
