INDIANAPOLIS — Four women, including one juvenile, are facing criminal charges following a chaotic brawl inside an Indiana grocery store.
The crime was all caught on cell phone video.
According to court records, the video shows a teenager pointing a gun at another child inside the Kroger along Crawfordsville Road in Speedway on Sunday.
Luckily, no shots were fired, but the victims still want the suspects held accountable for the dangerous situation.
The fight started with an ongoing feud between two women over a man.
“I was the one being jumped. I was the one being assaulted,” said Dajanae Allen.
Dajanae Allen recalls the fight escalating when 22-year-old Dina Riley removed a Glock firearm from her waistband and handed it to a juvenile, who then pointed the firearm at Dajanae’s 12-year-old niece who was recording the fight.
“The gun was pulled out on me and my niece while we were being jumped. If you’re already jumping us, why do you have to pull out a gun?“ said Allen.
A still picture included in the court records shows why the 17-year-old suspect is now facing weapons-related charges in juvenile court.
“If you pay close attention, she has her finger on the trigger. The gun could have gone off when she pointed it at my niece’s face. It could have hit any innocent bystander in the back,” said Allen.
Dina Riley is also facing felony charges for dangerous control of a firearm, and 25-year-old Najala Riley is charged with battery.
A fourth suspect, 48-year-old Priscilla Smith, is also charged with battery for allegedly punching one of the suspects as they were being taken away from the Kroger by police.
Dajanae, who was at the store to buy cupcakes, just wishes people would learn to settle their differences without pulling out firearms.
“Justice will be served. They think they got the last laugh because they beat us up in Kroger, but none of my people were charged. They all got charged. Justice will be served,” said Allen.
Two of the three adult suspects have posted their bonds and been released from jail.
A warrant has been issued for Dina Riley, who is due in court for an initial hearing on Friday.

RIP, Scott Adams.
Well, this kind of thing goes on frequently in Indianapolis, with the usual suspects.
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has a whole new meaning these days.
Yup. Guessed correctly. Thus far, a 99.9999999% success rate. Sad.
“...RIP, Scott Adams....”
Yep. But he sure nailed it before he passed.

When the police arrived, did they pull out their Black Privilege Cards?
Gee, I wonder who they may be.
Did they arrest the victim?
Chris Rock also “nailed it” 30 years ago.
Kinda surprised this was outside the loop, NW of downtown.
Inside the loop, south side? Yikers.
Again? This seems to happening more frequent now.
