I don't know why the Vermont Law School got involved, though. I do remember during the initial construction/relocation period seeing a picture of angry Chinese peasants armed with pitch forks, scythes and other farm implements going up against PLA troops with rifles.

Maybe VLS was signed on to handle expected lawsuits.
