Ever since I walked into the “creamery” room at a friend’s farm 70 years ago, I haven’t had milk, cream, yogurt, sour cream, cottage cheese. The smell... 😵‍💫😢🤮 Triggers an ungodly gag reflex.

Last month, though, I started to drink chocolate milk for the calcium, and it’s fine.
