I wonder how this is effecting those smaller river cruise companies? Kinda hard to take people down the Danube with no water in it.
Sounds as if it would be a great time to tour the Danube in a canoe or kayak!
Water levels on the Wisconsin River vary from year to year and even from county to county. This year, the waters are a bit lower down here in southern Wisconsin, so that leaves a ton of sand bars to camp on. Done it many times, myself. Great Summer fun in Wisconsin. :)
