A Federal Judge can only rule within his own district.

You need to study up on the the realities of nationwide injunctions these district courts creatures can unleash upon the entire country. This causes lucratives appeals in the legal realm which is the con in all od this against ‘The People’. Even the attorneys that disagree with their opinions over these types of injunctions thank them for the income their rulings bring. Congress screwed up creating these district and appealed courts centuries ago. Should of just left it to Article III and laugh at the workload SCOTUS would get.

BTW, Trump vs CASA did not solve crap. Narrow decision where they allowed the district court judges to “rule in favor of the plaintiff”. If the plaintiff's beef affected nationwide circumstances then what? Class actions are exempt for instance. There are only two SCOTUS worth a darn and their opinions/appeals even in the majority gets shut down very often.
