They’re forgetting the first one - that second hand smoke is dangerous. The smoke scam was the first major science money scam the government got away with, all because most folks don’t like the smell. A health “reason” was needed to institute bans.
But the idea that second hand smoke is somehow dangerous when it takes multiple decades of first hand smoke for a smoker to get a smoking related illness is absurd on the face of it. And smokers get that second hand smoke too BTW.

The one association with so-called “second hand smoke” that holds up is asthma in children whose parents smoke.
Of course, correlation is not causation, smoking is overwhelmingly a lower class behavior and lower class living standards also predispose to asthma and other childhood illnesses.
