In one of his dumbest outbursts yet The Donald has declared it is a spontaneous and mass outbreak of incompetence in the sewer and water works employees of Minnesota. I’m not making this up. He did, he said it yesterday.

It may not have been Iran but I doubt it was an outbreak of mass incompetence all in the same week, within the same civil sector in the same area.
In one breath he offended not just the water and sewer workers but the entire state of Minnesota. Way to go there Donald. Of course the governor is still a boob.
