While Ceuta is Spanish territory it’s an island. They aren’t on the mainland. As far as this is concerned they are likely criminals or mentally ill and they are getting rid of them.

I won’t be going to Spain any time soon.

Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera

"Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera is located 119 km (74 mi) southeast of Ceuta. It was a natural island in the Alboran Sea until 1930, when a huge thunderstorm washed large quantities of sand into the short channel between the island and the African continent. The channel was turned into a tombolo[5] and the island became a peninsula, connected to the Moroccan coast by an 85 m (279 ft) long sandy isthmus, which is the world's shortest single land-border segment.[6][citation needed] With a length of 400 m (1,300 ft) northwest-southeast and a width of up to 100 m (330 ft), it covers about 1.9 ha (4¾ acres)."

I saw something on Telegram about the New Morrocan King and a large group of Sub saharan Africans being marched north for another human assault on Ceruta. (Current King does not appear to be as pro west as the old King.)
