Apparently he (defender) was shooting a suppressed 5.7X28. Be nice if he got one on meat, but the guy offing himself is just as good. Media seems to be having trouble dealing with it 🙄
I would say better (for the defender). Can’t be tried by some Prog DA if the shooter shot himself.
