"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

You’re correct that Roberts did need the shots if he wanted to fly on a Canadian airline. I left the country from Toronto via American Airlines though. I only had to have a negative covid test before I could get on the plane both out of the country and back in. However, I found out that, upon return, I was required to quarantine for 10 days in a Toronto hotel of the government’s choosing and at my expense unless I came back in by land. Then I could quarantine at home provided I drove straight there with no stops.
So I cancelled my flight from Dallas to Toronto and booked a new one from Dallas to Buffalo and hired a taxi to drive me into Canada. I also happened to be home when the stasi knocked on my door on day 4 to make sure I was quarantining (whew!) The man on the other side of my glass door was incredulous when I refused to open the door to him and asked me why. I told him I’d had the three government-mandated covid tests in three days and knew for certain I didn’t have covid, but I couldn’t be sure about him. He was flummoxed and refused to leave until I showed him photo ID through the glass to prove I was who he was looking for/checking on. I travelled a few more times during that dreadful period but they stopped bothering me after that first trip. I won’t say very much about how I could leave my house undetected (*wink*).
John Roberts could have avoided the shots and found a work-around like I did, but maybe the network wouldn’t have allowed him to work.

I know Turmeric with black pepper is good for many things, but Turmeric needs to be taken with some fat to be metabolized properly, that’s why it’s good in cooking and “golden milk.”
I don’t see why baking soda would get rid of pesticides; it’s alkaline, and slightly abrasive. If pesticides are on the outside of foods with skins like apples, may be helpful. But if pesticides have been used while food plants are growing, they may absorb it and washing the outside won’t help. That’s why we buy only organic produce and in summer eat from our garden.
Nigella or black seed can be used in cooking, I uise when making Indian type dahl. This is from a search about the oil, looks credible.

Vingar footbath? pulls toxins out in a minute? Sounds unrealistic me, never tried. Searching shows it does soften the skin (temporarily) and helps with any kind of fungus on the feet or toenails. That sounds about it. I use white vinegar for cleaning.
I think the coconut oil/baking powder is supposed to be baking soda! Baking soda is a mild abrasive that doesn’t harm tooth enamil and kills spyrochetes (sp?) that cause tooth decay. I use baking soda daily for tooth brushing; last time I went to a dentist (years ago) he did a test for bacteria count in the mouth. I had none, I told him my baking soda use and that’s what did it. I’ve heard about using coconut oil for oil pulling but sounds to sickening for me. (gag reflex...!)
