Gov. Hochul bizarrely claims Mamdani’s brand-new pied-à-terre tax list is ‘not out of the ordinary’
It is a list of property owners and their real estate taxes. This list is public record, has always been available and is updated yearly. I've used it many times when fighting the yearly assessments.
mamdani probably just found out about this list and is misleading the public what to what it actually is.
