“whoever invented the microwave should be in heaven”

Best cooking thing I ever learned was microwaving my morning eggs and sliced potatoes. 5 minutes and a hot easy breakfast. Bonus points for a paper bowl I just toss in the trash.

To keep from getting colds, flu, sinus infections cut
1/2 to 1 whole mushroom in slices, mix with shredded
cheese in a bowl, break egg and yolk over the top,
salt and pepper, microwave for 45 secs up to 1 min.
Optional: add sweet peppers or jalapenos for extra spice.
Salsa can be used in place of salad dressing for more
zing and less calories.

This replaces a daily multi-vitamin / multi-mineral.

Brush teeth with apple cider vinegar and baking soda,
kills gingivitis and polishes teeth. Can also use
Diatomaceous Earth in place of baking soda. DE has
lots of uses esp. in the garden for controlling pests.

I reccently bought a large size silicone muffin pan. It is microwaveable.

One egg is placed in the pan opening and stirred and salted and peppered. On top of the egg, I place a round slice or two of Canadian bacon.

I generally prepare two of these in the same muffin pan

In my microwave, the time is set to 2’ 15”. The result is placed in a toasted English muffin

Sometimes I add cheese after the initial cooking. It takes about 7 seconds to properly melt the cheese

This is my contribution to breakfast to relieve my wife from her early morning cooking task
