I got this thing and it was pretty awful—frequent steady stream diarrhea for almost three weeks. I got extremely dehydrated and had to go to my oncologist to get IV’s of fluids to get me stable. No fun, I can tell you.
Sounds like you just got back from Mexico...I was sick for 6 weeks.
