Sorry, but a female in a man’s game cannot do the job in my humble opinion, and this from a retired military who has worked with females on the job and found no problems, except they cannot do PT the same as a man. So, that liability is on a sports field also. Keeping up wise. There are plenty of men who cannot do the job also. Worked with many who I told to go do something else, this was not their chosen thing. Sports officiating is a HARD job. The old say is: You have to be perfect the first day, on your first call, and IMPROVE from there!!!
