That’s only because they’re better organized than the Pakistanis. They’re trying it, too.
In the waning years of my career, before I retired, the most incompetent and unqualified people I had the displeasure of working with were almost exclusively Pakistanis with Masters or PhD degrees from Pakistani universities.
