I am with a HMO practice. There are no Indian doctors there but lots from south of the border with heavy Mexican accents. But it does not bother me at all. I practice extreme healthy lifestyle. I have not needed a doctor since 1990. I go there just to get routine tests such as blood work, EKG, preventive X-rays etc. I have zero health issues since age 60, for 26 years now at age 86. Before age 57 I was a physical wreck. So I changed my lifestyle at age 58, and all health issues disappeared one by one. People in my exercise class at YMCA are shocked when I tell them I am 86. I can do Zumba better than half of the class, with no one over age 80.
