Totally agree. With the same level of education fraud. Maybe one in fifty is competent. And maybe five in fifty compare to the American they replaced.
Then they get into management and only hire Indians of the same caste.
In my industry it is going downhill fast. Not sure how much longer it can survive. They are taking down a dozen large mature companies with their crap code and management.
If you are smarter why not start your own outfit and out compete all those outfits with Indian techs?
