Thnaks for the reminder. I grew up on the original Tobasco. I always have 8 or 10 different hot sauces on hand as I get them as gifts as well as buy my own. Daughter got me a four pack from the cable TV show Hot Ones and the hottest one called The Last Dab will ruin your food in a hurry if you aren’t careful. A million scovilles, I think.
