I LAUGH when people talk about “reverse engineering” some kind of “extraterrestrial craft”. LAUGH!! HAH-HAWH!
So, we’re supposed to believe humans can disassemble some foreign, non-earth craft, and understand it? Seriously? How much peyote does one have to ingest to believe that hookum?
And, What? Do the “aliens” have NAPA Auto Parts stores and Home Depots on their home turf? WTF? Do I need metric or English wrenches to get to work? Are the bolts SAE or pipe thread or ??? And our engineers “know” what they’re looking at when they get inside of one of these “craft”?

Dire threats against UFO witnesses are well-established. A famous sign at Area 51 even warns that “DEADLY FORCE IS AUTHORIZED.” During the Cold War, the local airport near where I lived also had a major SAC base with U-2s, B-52s, and nuclear bomb storage bunkers. The warning signs against entry there were much less menacing.
Those are not threats to UFO witnesses. It’s a general warning against trespassing in a classified area. We’re discussing those BS stories about mysterious Men in Black. Did anyone threaten Bob Lazar? He sure didn’t shut up.

My point was the posted, open threat of lethal force at supposed UFO sites, which was disputed. In other instances, civilians and military personnel who describe seeing UFOs have had lethal threats from ranking military officers. Ordinary top secret matters do not generate such dire warnings, or the campaign of discredit that Bob Lazar (and others) experienced.
