Conservatives are fooling ourselves when we characterize what is happening in New York City as “going crazy” as if there is no logic to it. Its the perfectly logical conclusion to what has been happening in this country for about 100 years. Voters have been conditioned to accept a massive system of transfer payments from “the rich” (whatever that means) to the Democrats favored constituency (not the poor; whoever supports the Dems including unions, teachers, green energy, DEI / Woke activists, NGOs - many of whom are very rich). Its why my tagline is what it is - when the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic. The majority will take from the productive and hand it out to the nonproductive and politically powerful. All the safeguards in the Constitution against doing so will be stripped away over time. Its why Socialism is the handmaiden to totalitarianism. We are on the way and its perfectly logical and sane in the same way that O’Brien is perfectly sane in 1984.
We wonder if the Nazis had rigged elections like in America today, or did the third of Germany whose votes they got— actually voted for them. Need to study this more. Meanwhile, it doesn’t matter much— the Nazis or now Neo- nazi “democratic — ha ha— socialist “progressives” —- are poisoning the well. Terribly do. Good people, especially Christians and Jews in New York, California , Illinois, Arizona, New Mexico, Alaska, etcetera—- it’s time to leave!
