Which one?
Circa 2013 Lima Peru in Miraflores, they were jumping of the cliff with Para gliders. It looked great. They had two seaters also. I am a pilot and glider pilot. I wanted to go. I should not have spoken to my wife about this!!! I did not fly to my great regret.
The sea breeze would keep them aloft as long as they wanted. I could sit at the bar on the edge of the cliff and see them but a few hundred feet away. They would wave and yell greetings to us. It was great.
This guy is in complete and total control.
I’ve read that paragliding is very popular in many other countries, not so much here.
It looks like a whole lot of fun.
I’ve tandem skydived a couple times but didn’t tell my wife I was at work. She was on the ground shooting pictures of me and our kids as we cheated death. This takes it to a new level.
