I do know that it is not about taking money from one person to give it to another. In fact, the constitution is very specific in what powers the federal gov't has and what powers it does not have.
There is nothing in the constitution about paying someone to take my money, pay another to decide what programs get that money, pay another to decide who deserves my money, excessive fraud, etc. until a small fraction of my money actually gets to the people who need it most.
Then they are allowing them to spend my money on unhealthy choices that make them fat and sick thus expecting me to pay for their healthcare with the same issues as above.
Nope, can't find any of that in the constitution.
“There are people out there that need help”
There is no clause in the Constitution that says you can take something from someone who owns it and give it to someone else “because they need help”.
Charity should not be an arm of the government.
