Have you ever had chile beer? I used to make my own. Chopped fresh jalapeno in a glass of Shiner Bock.
I lived in New Mexico for a time. They put green chiles on everything.

Our nearest College Town has a restaurant called, ‘Fiesta Cancun’ and it is 100% authentic. I LOVE the place and while I’m sure they laugh at me, I practice my Spanish on them.

I told Beau that if the Head Cook is ever pestered by ‘Immigration’ that I will personally marry him to keep him here, keeping me supplied in all of my favorite dishes. :)
