Only half? That’s the news in this poll. Socialism is, at its core, taking from one group and giving to another group. Put aside the theory and philosophy, in practice, it has always been a massive system of political graft. Even in the Soviet Union and China. Take from the out group and give to the favored group. It had nothing to do with taking from “the rich” and giving to the “poor.” Hell, the Democrats had a system of Tammany Hall graft going while Marx and Engels were still living off of Engels’ mommy and daddy.

Socialism is an absolutely wonderful system——-if you are a lazy person with no work ethic, no ambition and love depending others (in particular the government—that confiscates from others).
Unfortunately, more and more people now days fit that description. It seems to get more popular every day.
