It was 2014 under Obama , and Nina was not quarantined until the PPE that was issued her failed to protect her and she got a fever which she then went into quarantine and was treated with blood plasma from a American doctor who survived and donated it to her and the other nurse who’s PPE also failed her. They wore no full face respirators they hand N95 masks , face shields and glasses that were not air tight. It got in their eyes via droplets in the air that was confirmed by air sampling.
I knew Nina at the time she ended up winning millions double digit level in damages from the hospital for them not mandatory or even offering air tight full face respirators which is absolutely needed in late stage Ebola as the virus is airborne in that phase via cough droplets, and vomit cast off droplets too. They were workers and asked to monitor their temps and reduce if possible but not mandatory social interactions while treating Mr Duncan he has a name too.
