It matters not as it is just noise, a President may issue a pardon for anything but it must be a federal offense/conviction, not on the state level. The worthless federal GOPe collectively has dropped the ‘autopen’ scandal for the most part as an example, just some noise here and there while these offenders should be in prison. Fauci will remain free until he dies as Congress is busy redistributing our wealth and piling on the debt, for example the hundreds of billions of dollars in grants with no oversight, ever. Fauci is just another tick in the woods of federal crooks, liars, scandals and rip-offs on both ends whether they are employees or civilians.
Some are being caught and being charged but most of the $trillions will never be accounted for and why Congress gets away with most anything.
