They should take away his job. All of them actually. They have shown a total disregard for the serious effects of improper use of this tool. If they horseplay with the lives of friends and colleagues they will have no regard whatsoever for the people.

The Pasadena Police Department released video on Thursday of an officer who accidentally shot a colleague while engaged in "unsafe and out-of-policy horseplay" "friggin' stupid behavior" with loaded firearms.As the cruiser approached, an officer could be seen drawing his gun and pointing it directly at the approaching cruiser, which the police chief called "inappropriate" "friggin' stupid."
Perp should be summarily fired.
