A question arises: can Congress expel a state from the Union? The Constitution does not address this issue. This is a very unlikely scenario as long as the Democrats and RINOs maintain an effective majority in Congress. While Hollywood is dying, oil and natural gas exploration is effectively ended, and corporations, billionaires, and the middle class are moving out, the state contains major military bases, important ocean ports, and abundant agriculture that helps feed the other 49 states. Expelling California would be impactful, and the Communist Chinese would love to increase their influence.

We have many military facilities in California, especially Naval and Marine facilities…where do you move them to?
