I voted today and there were over 100 candidates for governor on the ballot. Probably closer to 150. It took the entire first page of the 8x14 ballot. Swallows a lot was the very first name of the first column! The dude had gotten poll position, which I’m sure was completely random. /s And moneybags Steyer was the last name in the last column. Their were 4 or 5 columns of names.
Hilton was a middle name in last column, Blanco was middle Bottom of last column.
The ballot did hose one major Rat candidate, Becerra I believe was listed between Hilton and Blanco in the final column.

California does a random draw of letter order. This dictates the order names are on the ballot. I looked at the letters a couple of weeks ago. Only thing I remember is Q came up first, S must of been 2nd. But it is not alpha after that, the order of the draw determines the second letter, if there are more than one name starting with S.
