That is EXACTLY how I made supper tonight - sans the Asparagus. We had mixed veggies as a side.
I used the last of the (male) Asparagus in the Quiche I made for Brunch.
All the, ‘Asparagus Ladies’ are now left to get their frond on, LOL! :)
