EVEN IF it is totally benign and beneficial (which I personally question),
WTF gives anybody the right to do anything like that (anywhere, but to a foreign country?)

They did a similar thing in Hawaii and here in Florida two counties over from here.
They released millions of sterile mosquitoes that would mate with native mosquitoes and produce no offspring.
I think the technology came from Singapore.............
