You would think after a year or so someone would have missed them.....
Of course they did it in her chambers.
It would be irresponsible for a government employee to leave their workplace during business hours.
Judges aren't hourly employees and a doubt the police commander is as well. Judges and clerks got fed up and roasted her.
It has two benefits for them:
One, it is cheaper. No motel room.
Two, they can flaunt their authority by treating public buildings as their own domain where they can do as they please.
