In the first place, who cares they are on a vaca in Costa Rica? Everyone in our crappy do nothing Congress always go on holiday when confronted with legislation that the voters want them to pass.
In the second place, I doubt they could drum up enough votes to win.
People here better get used to the fact that many younger voters aren’t too fond of either party at the moment though.
That said, they corrupt election system we have will guarantee we can still vote from the coffin.
