Lawsuit challenging Idaho’s bathroom bill dismissed after student plaintiff dies by suicide

A 2023 Idaho bathroom bill is now permanently in effect statewide following the dismissal of a lawsuit challenging the anti-trans legislation.

Attorneys for the Sexuality and Gender Alliance, a student group at Boise High School, and the state agreed to dismiss the lawsuit in federal court on Wednesday following the death of one plaintiff and the high-school graduation of another, per Idaho Education News.

The late plaintiff, as Idaho Education News noted, was a trans student who died by suicide in January, identified only in court filings as Jane Doe. Lawsuits against the bathroom ban were currently pending in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court of Idaho.

Now in effect as of May 2025, the law bans students from using bathrooms and locker rooms that match their gender assigned at birth and also permits students to sue schools if they encounter a trans person in a public restroom or changing facility for a minimum fine of $5,000, per Boise State Public Radio.

“Transgender” is not a real thing. The pretense that some series of hormone treatments or bodily mutilations can magically make a biological male into a female, or a biological female into a male, is a fantasy. So far NO treatment protocol has succeeded in changing the chromosome count of even ONE body cell from XX to XY, or from XY to XX.

And there are TRILLIONS of body cells in even one human specimen.

The best that can be done is to convert a biological male into a castrated neuter, or a biological female into a spayed neuter. The change is irreversible, and can never proceed further, leaving the individual sterile and unable to reproduce.

Anything else is simply some form of transvestite cosplay, where the individual assumes the dress and mannerisms of the opposite gender.

And the teachers unions are their willing agents by promoting and encouraging the deviant lunacy while trying to keep their agenda secret from student's parents.

You know it's all a load of B.S. just by recalling how many oppressed "trans" people you saw during your childhood, how many kids you saw in front of men's and woman's restrooms in obvious befuddlement and how many choices there were outside of "boy" and "girl" when shopping for birthday cards.

None. Zero. Zip. Nada.

If "gender fluidity" didn't exist before you did it isn't real now. These attempts to make normal people accept the 'dysphoric' are just tactics to legitimize immorality, excuse deviancy and give attention whores their fix.

So simple even tiny kids get it. Just not certain Supreme Court picks.
