Anabaptists broke away from Rome as part of the Protestant movement back to the Bible. They also broke from the Protestants when Protestant kept the Church under the State, continued infant baptism, and continued sending their sons to fight for State. Anabaptists (or Re-Baptisers) believed in the Biblical, Baptism of Repentance. Babies do not have the faculties to repent until they’re mature. They also believes CHRIST is the head of the Church, not the Holy Roman Emperor. They were also Pacifists who didn’t believe they should send their sons to fight for Emperor or King.
You said “múnster crazies don’t represent Anabaptists” which is historically false as the surviving Melchiorite Anabaptists—including many who had been sympathetic to or involved with the Münster movement became the Mennonites.Notice what you just did: the moment I cornered you with the documented historical reality that modern peaceful Anabaptists are the direct descendants of the radical Münster movement, you completely abandoned the topic and fled into emotional deflections.
Therefore, modern peaceful Anabaptists are literally the direct theological and historical descendants of the exact group that produced Münster
Do you deny this historical fact and admit that your statement was false?
