At the link, the full video including protesters trying to perform CPR, and later (far too late?) cops going through the motions of attempts to revive Roseanne Boyd, but they clearly didn't know how to handle the medical supplies and device to do so.
They seemed to want a body count that day, perhaps to discourage any protests of the Biden Regime.

Since Democrats believe it is acceptable to shut down the entire federal government over what they think is ICE/HLS “excessive force” perhaps the Republicans in Congress and the Senate should state that it is now time to shut down all Democratic party pet projects until the DC Capitol Police are made to reform their evil ways.

Nanzi's Reichstag Fire.
The best explanation I've read for what really happened on J6 was that Nanzi needed an emergency to prevent sending the vote back to the states. The riot she planned did the trick. The pipe bomb was an alternative emergency in case the first one failed.
