If called by any other name, an ideology that murders those who are not muslim or will not submit; enslaves those who are not muslim or will not submit; rapes and tortures those who are not muslim or will not submit.----would be designated a terrorist organization and its adherents arrested, removed or executed.

Islam is a murderous terror organization, which should be opposed as were the Nazis.

Food for thought: Appeasement is a diplomatic strategy. It involves making concessions to an aggressive foreign power in order to avoid war. It is most commonly associated with British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, in office from 1937 to 1940. In the 1930s, the British government pursued a policy of appeasement towards Nazi Germany. Today, appeasement is usually regarded as a failure because it did not prevent World War II.

Correct. And right after 9/11 George W. Bush had a unique opportunity to crush radical Islam. The entire civilized world was with us.

A firm and brutally clear response was needed, much like how FDR responded after Pearl Harbor.
Instead, Bush told us “Islam is peace.”

We are paying for Bush’s stupidity now. And I fear we will be paying much more in the future.
