Been eating chicken liver regularly for a while now because it is so cheap, and last year I managed to find a beef tongue so we could have some beef, but I haven’t seen any since, nor any beef hearts. Not even soup bones, or the neck bones we used to eat with sauerkraut when we were kids.
Other than liver there hasn’t been anything available.
Now, even the squirrels are making themselves scarce.
Those ‘parts’ are being bought up by Hispanics, as they are part of their cultural foods............
