The
legal definition of statutory rape in the Great State of Mississippi. Read carefully ... a 13 year old engaging in intercourse with a 12 year old, however reprehensible it may be, does not fit the definition. It completely fails under (1)(a) and also fails per (1)(b)(ii).

Sure they are. Each baby is a welfare payment to the family. They can collect child benefits for two generations at once.
